Job description
At Wolfram Chain, you work actively on the warehouse floor while guiding and directing colleagues. Together with your team, you ensure that all orders are processed on time and to the required quality. You have plenty of scope to suggest improvements and use your logistics knowledge to help the team develop.

Responsibilities
You work on the warehouse floor each day and, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the smooth running of the logistics process. You keep an overview, work hands-on and ensure tasks are completed properly and on time. You check and process incoming goods, put pallets into storage and pick customer orders using scanners and pick-to-light systems. You also guide and coach colleagues and support the supervisor when needed. You identify priorities and quickly spot opportunities to make processes better or more efficient. You actively contribute to improvements and help create a safe, pleasant and productive working environment.

• Check and sort incoming goods using checklists;
• Move and store pallets using a forklift and reach truck;
• Pick customer shipments using scanners and pick-to-light systems;
• Monitor the progress and quality of the work;
• Guide, motivate and coach colleagues on the warehouse floor;
• Support the supervisor with daily activities;
• Contribute ideas to improve and optimise logistics processes;
• Work with the team to ensure an efficient, high-quality logistics process.

Requirements
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality. You like taking action, think actively about improvements and enjoy helping colleagues develop. The role asks for:

• Experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role;
• The ability to work independently and a quality-focused approach;
• A sense of responsibility and willingness to take on challenges;
• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate colleagues positively;
• Willingness to work day shifts and occasionally in the afternoon/evening or on Saturday;
• Mbo work-and-thinking level, preferably with completed logistics training;
• Experience with a forklift and/or reach truck is an advantage.

Terms of employment
For your efforts, the following terms are offered:

• A salary of up to € 3.000,- gross per month;
