Warehouse Employee – Forklift

What you will do

As a warehouse employee, you play an important role in keeping the daily logistics processes running smoothly at the distribution center in Leeuwarden. Together with a team, you ensure that building materials arrive at the right place on time. With a good onboarding period, you will quickly feel at home and can contribute directly to the team's success.

Your tasks include:

• Loading and unloading building materials so everything is processed efficiently;
• Moving materials to the correct warehouse locations with the forklift;
• Collecting and preparing customer orders for dispatch;
• Helping customers load their orders and answering questions;
• Keeping the warehouse tidy, safe and organized, and checking that orders are complete.

• A gross hourly wage of €16,19;
• 37 days off and 12 ATV days;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• Travel reimbursement of €0,23 per kilometer.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced warehouse employee who is customer-oriented and practical.

• You have a valid forklift certificate and experience driving a forklift;
• You are willing to perform physical work, including heavy lifting;
• You are customer-oriented and helpful when supporting customers;
• You are a team player who actively contributes ideas and supports colleagues;
• You are comfortable working outdoors.
