What you will do
You start at the sorting centre by checking your route, loading the van and placing parcels logically so that you can find the right parcel quickly while on the road.
You then deliver parcels to people’s homes and businesses. You are the face of PostNL and help provide the delivery moment customers rely on.
You work during the day and spend around 7 to 8 hours on the road. You drive relatively few kilometres and frequently get in and out of the van. At the end of your shift, you return to the sorting centre, hand in the van and return parcels you could not deliver.
What you bring
- You can work independently, are reliable, help colleagues and remain calm during busy periods and setbacks.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid driving licence that allows you to drive in the Netherlands and at least 3 months of driving experience.
- You speak Dutch and/or English.
- You are fit and strong enough to lift both light and heavy parcels.
- You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
What is offered
