Commercial Inside Sales Employee – Full-time or Part-time

What you will do

As a commercial inside sales employee, you help customers make choices that turn their house into a home. Customer satisfaction and quality are central. With your technical understanding and customer-focused approach, you support customers in the showroom and through other channels.

• Advise customers by telephone, email and in the showroom about the range and suitable solutions.
• Prepare accurate, tailored quotes based on customer needs.
• Check and process orders so that they are correct and complete in the system.
• Provide technical support for questions about electrical window coverings and installation instructions.
• Maintain your own customer portfolio and act as the primary contact for questions and follow-up.

• A gross salary between €2.600,- and €3.200,- per month based on full-time employment.

At Start People, compensation follows the principle of equal pay. Your employment conditions align with those of colleagues employed directly by the client. Besides the hourly wage, this can include the number of days off, allowances, ADV compensation and other pay components.

Requirements

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled commercial employee with an affinity for interiors and an eye for quality.

• Demonstrable experience in a commercial or sales-oriented role.
• Technical understanding and an interest in helping customers with technical questions about electrical window coverings.
• You learn quickly, including when working with systems and online ordering tools.
• You are available for at least 28 hours per week; full-time employment is also possible.
• You work 2x per month on Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00.
• You are customer-focused, stress-resistant and enthusiastic.
• You have good communication skills and a good command of Dutch, spoken and written.
• You have an affinity for interiors and enjoy advising customers.
