Inside Sales Representative

What you will do

As an inside sales or commercial employee, you help create a pleasant customer experience. You help customers make their house a real home by advising them about sun protection and window decoration. With your customer-focused approach and technical insight, you ensure that customers are well informed and leave satisfied. You work in a dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.

• Advise customers by telephone, email, and in the showroom about the product range and offer suitable solutions.
• Prepare accurate, tailored quotations that match the customer's wishes.
• Check orders and ensure that all orders are entered correctly and completely in the system.
• Provide technical support for questions about electric window coverings and installation instructions.
• Maintain your own customer portfolio and act as the first point of contact for questions and follow-up.

• A gross salary of €2,600 to €3,200 per month based on full-time employment.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Employment of at least 28 and at most 38 hours per week, with fixed day shifts and two Saturdays per month.

Requirements

We are looking for a customer-focused, technically minded commercial employee with an affinity for interiors.

• Demonstrable experience in a commercial or sales-oriented role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Affinity with interiors and advice about window decoration.
• Technical insight for questions about electric window coverings.
• Experience with automated systems and online ordering tools.
• Work 2x per month on Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00.
