What you will do

As an inside sales/commercial sales employee, you contribute to a pleasant customer experience. You advise customers about blinds and window decoration and help them make their house a real home. With a customer-focused approach and technical understanding, you ensure customers are well informed and satisfied. You work in a dynamic environment, independently and as part of a team.

Advising: Inform customers by telephone, e-mail and in the showroom about the range and offer suitable solutions.
Preparing quotations: Create accurate, tailored quotations that match the customer's wishes.
Checking orders: Ensure all orders are entered correctly and completely in the system.
Technical support: Help customers with questions about electric window coverings and installation instructions.
Relationship management: Maintain your own customer portfolio and act as the first point of contact for questions and follow-up.
